Twenty investigative reports.
One evidence-linked workflow.
Research Edition is the $59 one-time investigation-reporting software. It defines specialist workflows for examining documents, source histories, public filings, relationships and structured datasets, with Fusion and Autopilot for linked analysis.
Start with the type of evidence.
Filter the research catalogue to see the current defined report workflows. Individual features and hosted provider capabilities remain subject to release acceptance.
From materials to a reviewable analysis.
Reports are designed to maintain cited source records and explicit limitations, rather than presenting generated conclusions as independently proven facts.
Select sources
Public URLs, documents or relevant data depending on the report.
Run the workflow
Native processing with optional providers where configured and consented.
Check the findings
Inspect exact citations, conflicts and limitations.
Export the report
Reviewable HTML/PDF/Markdown/JSON output designs.
Investigation Fusion
Combine validated reports within a single investigation while retaining links to the underlying evidence. The cross-report consumer path remains under private acceptance.
Investigation Autopilot
Recommend a bounded series of investigative reports from supplied inputs. Provider usage, consent limits and hosted execution are held until customer-ready verification.
$59 one time. Customer release held.
The standard Research Edition price is $59. A $29 upgrade is intended only for eligible prior paid customers who pass original-account, purchase-time and non-refund verification. Research Edition does not include other independent desktop licenses.
The original research app has seven remaining substantial commercial acceptance workstreams in the last reconciled release register. This site does not collect payment for unverified releases.

Twenty workflows, different dependencies
The catalogue describes supported report paths. Native extraction and deterministic analysis differ from provider-assisted interpretation. Source comparison can require your Anthropic key and configured extraction; audio transcription needs its configured provider. Provider usage and fees are separate from the one-time software price.
Fusion and Autopilot
Fusion brings related report work together for review. Autopilot plans bounded steps with explicit consent and pause/cancel controls. It does not promise unrestricted autonomous investigation or an unlimited processing budget. Current production acceptance remains open.
Files and report outputs
Supported source paths include public URLs and PDF, DOCX and text uploads where the selected workflow supports extraction. Citation envelopes and HTML, PDF, Markdown and JSON rendering exist in the reporting source; availability depends on the accepted runtime. Check sensitive material before any upload.
Separate purchase
The $59 Research Edition is separately licensed. It does not include ProofDesk Windows, Field System, Studio or hosted provider credits. The conditional $29 prior-customer upgrade requires authenticated entitlement checks.

Approval is documented. Payment remains unconfirmed.
The fictional council authorized the application on 8 March 2025 [SRC-001, p.17]. Its announcement followed on 9 March [SRC-003, ¶3]. Neither establishes payment. The ledger exported on 18 April covers an incomplete period [SRC-002, line28].
Inspect source citations
- SRC-001 · Council meeting minutes · p.17, §4.2 · primary record
- SRC-002 · Grant ledger · line28 · coverage unresolved
- SRC-003 · Announcement · paragraph3 · same municipal origin
- SRC-004 · Audit request 2025-014 · 21 April · response pending
Review limitation: missing payment confirmation is not proof that payment never occurred.
Bring the reports into one review.
- Document report
- Approval supported by SRC-001.
- Source comparison
- SRC-003 shares an origin with the meeting; no independent corroboration.
- Chronology
- Ledger export follows approval; reporting period still needs confirmation.
- Combined finding
- CLM-014 supported narrowly. CLM-015 remains unresolved.
Approve a finite next step.
- Confirm the period covered by SRC-002.
- Request the later ledger through the original custodian.
- Compare the new record with CLM-015 after human review.
No step runs in this preview. Actual execution requires consent, supported runtime/provider configuration and a finite processing allowance. Pause/cancel controls belong to the accepted application.
